We give advice throughout the West Lothian area at our Outreach facilities
Monday 9.30 - 12.30 (every second Monday - by appointment only) The service is only available for those registered with the Practice. Appointments can be made by telephoning the Community Health Reception Desk on 01506 654965. Telephone advice is not available from this service.
Wednesday 9.30am - 12.00 pm (By Appointment Only) This Outreach Service is available to registered patients of the practice and is by appointment only.
